About the Job
We are seeking an actor to portray Shane, a complex, emotionally layered character whose love has been consumed by addiction, control, and violence. A quiet rage has been building, much of which he projects onto his partner, Vik. This role requires emotional vulnerability, physical intensity, and comfort with queer intimacy and stunt choreography. An Intimacy Coordinator and Stunt Coordinator will be present throughout rehearsals and production to ensure a safe and collaborative environment. Fight choreography (hand-to-hand, grappling, simulated choking, simulated bite); Intimacy between two male characters. Simulated drug use (no actual drugs on set, a prop will be used). Los Angeles Local Hires. SAG Short Project Agreement.
