Eli
About the Job
The calm, steady lieutenant of the compound who handles the practical, day-to-day operations behind the scenes. Eli isn’t a flashy or charming figure, but rather the grounded right-hand man who maintains order, manages logistics, and quietly leads Isaac into the group’s daily rhythm. Actors should approach the role with an everyday, soft-spoken composure rather than dramatic intensity or theatricality. He functions as an unassuming guide who steers Isaac deeper into the fold with a relaxed, matter-of-fact directness—making his presence and authority feel completely natural and unforced.
