We are looking for a referral to a HISPANIC person who has quite smoking but has a DIAGNOSABLE CONDITION CAUSED BY SMOKING; for example, COPD, CHRONIC COUGH, PERIDONTAL DISEASE OR ANY OTHER SIGNIFICANT HEALTH IMPACT THAT IS VERIFYABLE BY A DOCTOR. For those referring, we will pay a $500 referral fee for referal that meets the criteria above, regardless if they book the job or not.
