A wrong-fit Director of Finance with the energy of an old-school gym teacher. Think grounded, deadpan physical comedy. Bill Hader-type energy is a helpful reference. This performer leads buttoned-up accountants through jumping jacks beside a conference table while wearing 80s workout gear. Needs strong physical comedy, expressive timing, and the ability to feel funny while still grounded in a real office world. The character should be comedic, but not stupid or humiliating. We still want the performer to feel like a real person who is simply the wrong fit for this specific role and environment. Talent may also be reused in the other commercial in smart-casual business attire. Selected talent may need to provide smart-casual business wardrobe. Talent cannot have previously appeared in staffing / talent competitor advertising, political / government-affiliated campaigns, or higher-risk categories, including tobacco.
