About the Job

Has a gamer look but has a skater vibe. Does NOT look cool but is somehow naturally carefree, confident, and slightly entitled. (booking 1-2) MUST be comfortable approaching and talking to REAL strangers on the street. MUST HAVE IMPROV EXPERIENCE. MUST be PHYSICALLY ABLE to HOLD and WIELD A RUNNING CHAINSAW. (Without a blade.) NO PREVIOUS CHAINSAW EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. (Blade removed and COMPLETELY HARMLESS. But will still have the weight and sound of a real chainsaw.) LOOKING FOR: Smart, improv actors who are capable of natural, grounded comedic performances. Who can make us laugh, by playing it straight. The concept is a hidden camera style shoot, where a group of 18-23 year olds are hanging in a park with chainsaws and interacting with the passersby. The talent will be operating prop chainsaws, which will be REAL chainsaws that have the chains removed. They will be heavy and loud. It is key that the talent look and feel comfortable with this machinery. REAL SOCAL LOCALS TALENT ONLY. NOT "work as a local". DO NOT SUBMIT NON LOS ANGELES LOCAL TALENT.
