Project Details

PACKAGE USAGE FEE must include all of the below: 1. All Digital, Internet, social media and Online usage, for the period of the contract, will include at no extra cost all moving imagery and still images recorded during the shoot, even if the content and product are different to what appears within the main TV Commercial and Stills assets that are broadcast. 2. Usage includes permission to use the material on the Client, Agency and Production Company reels in perpetuity, however, once the usage rights are to expire the material must be removed from all of the Client’s platforms that are promotional in nature or serve the purpose of advertising their products. Content may be archived in such a way that prohibits general public exposure on all platforms and channels including social media channels. 3. An active campaign/commercial cannot be placed under the archival section. 4. The material can remain on social media channels/platform (namely, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter) without active promotion or access to purchase of the product. In other words, all shoppable links are to be deactivated. The content cannot be current, spending budget or reaching an audience. The Agency and Client shall not be liable for any third party’s conduct, whether directly or indirectly, in relation to the commercial and the Artist. 5. Stills will be limited to 3-4 per artist. In the context of this campaign, 6. All stills footage taken on set may be used worldwide and in perpetuity by Agency/Production Company/Photographer/Director and Client in any medium or platform for PR, publicity, promotion and exhibition purposes that celebrate creativity as well as innovation in advertising and for any showreel portfolio or Awards purposes at no additional expense. 7. Client will have the right to renew any individual campaign element it so chooses and will not be obligated to renew all elements of the package. i.e. they are free to break up the package and negotiate per medium per region.
