Background Talent (pls read notes) Night Shoot

About the Job

This is a Non Union BJs Restaurant Commercial. We are casting 8-10 background talent (We cannot use anyone who has a hand tattoo or a tattoo close to your hands). This tabletop-focused shoot will primarily feature hands, arms, and torsos interacting with food, so expressive physicality is key (all talent will be filmed from the neck down). Talent should be comfortable conveying enjoyment, anticipation, and personality through natural gestures and movement. • Hands without tattoos or eye-catching features • Comfortable on camera, even without dialogue • Ability to bring energy and personality through subtle actions and reactions Works Thurs July 9th (roughly 1am to 8am Thursday morning). This is a NIGHT shoot. Works in Downey area. Pays $300/8 hours (Industry standard non union background/stand in usage): Any and all media, without limitation, in perpetuity, worldwide, any and all materials created from the footage. Pls ONLY submit if you are comfortable on camera & are ok with the rate, there is NO budget for a higher rate so pls don't ask. TY This is a 100% Non Union Shoot...if your profile says "SAG" production will NOT pick you as they fear you are SAG only & are submitting for the wrong shoot (per production’s request) If you are Sag FiCore or Sag Eligible your profile must say Sag FiCore / Sag Eligible (Sag FiCore & Sag Eligible are AOK). (Bc some have been asking these days) Everyone must have reliable transportation, production will not be reimbursing for a Lyft/Uber, so pls don’t ask. If you do not have your phone number listed on your profile, pls put it in the NOTES, we sometimes do not have time to try to get a hold of talent via emailing. Pls make sure your height & weight is listed on your profile (production needs that info in order to make decisions). Also production will not choose talent who send a photo wearing a hat, wearing sunglasses, or from black & white photos.
