18+ to play 17. Highschooler. Brent Hayes is Iris's best friend whose outward warmth and steadfast loyalty masks a long-simmering entitlement and capacity for calculated cruelty. He presents himself as her most trusted confidant and moral compass, but his support is ultimately conditional, rooted in an unspoken expectation of romantic reciprocation rather than genuine care. When that expectation is denied by Iris, his mask slips entirely, revealing someone willing to sabotage others, including engineering the public exposure of Iris's private diary. Brent is a cautionary portrait of possessiveness dressed up as friendship. *Intimacy requirements: Brent kisses Iris. There will be an on-set intimacy coordinator present for all levels of intimacy. *This role is expected to shoot approx. two (2) days. *Talent must be based in Los Angeles or able to work as an LA local hire in order to be considered for this role.
