This role requires an actor who can lose an argument while appearing to win it — and carry something unspoken underneath every joke without ever directly acknowledging it. This role requires genuine comedic timing, the ability to be visibly outmatched without becoming passive, and one moment of real stillness that reframes everything that came before it.
