Rickshaw Randy III is a legend in his own mind — and, inexplicably, in everyone else's too. As the Director of Awaiting Confirmation, Randy holds the power to sign off on invoices that exceed the automated approval threshold. He knows it. He dresses for it. He arrives for it. Impeccably suited, fedora'd, and carrying a briefcase that suggests important documents but probably also contains a good sandwich, Randy treats every compliance sign-off like a red carpet moment. Randy is warm, unhurried, and completely oblivious to the eight hours of suffering that preceded his arrival. He accepts the tropical punch graciously. He admires his own signature. He leaves having solved exactly one problem and created at least two more.
