Marcus
About the Job
Open ethnicity/gender. 60s. The kind of person who shows up with a housewarming plant and stays all afternoon. Marcus is a seasoned homeowner with decades of hard-won knowledge. He’s warm, sharp, never preachy. He carries the wisdom, but wears it lightly. Think less "dad lecture," more "dad who actually gets it." Natural humor. Great comedic timing is a must.
