About the Job
Real-person energy over performer energy. Warm but understated, with strong comedic timing and comfort playing dry humor without pushing it. Should be able to hit scripted beats naturally while still feeling conversational and grounded. Comfortable going big with reactions when needed, but without mugging for the camera. Natural chemistry with the other actor is important, and improvisation within the scene is a plus. Must be comfortable taking direction, adjusting specific reaction beats, and delivering them consistently across multiple takes.
