Ala
About the Job
Ala is guarded, observant, and self-contained. She has been quietly living under the radar, surviving by staying out of the way and not asking for help. She watches before she acts, studies before she speaks. She is not outwardly emotional, but everything is happening underneath. There’s intelligence, discipline, and a quiet intensity to her. When she commits, she commits fully. No prior trapeze experience required, but must be physically capable and comfortable with movement training and heights. This role relies heavily on subtlety and internal life.
