About the Job
Residual Playbook is a financial education and agent development platform in the payment processing industry. We are building a content library that includes a long-form Video Sales Letter (VSL), introductory course modules, and an ongoing social media content series across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. We are seeking a confident, articulate on-camera spokesperson to serve as the consistent face of Residual Playbook across all content. This is not a one-day booking — we are looking for a talent partner we can build with long-term as the brand scales. What We're Filming Session 1 (Primary Shoot): Long-form VSL (Video Sales Letter) — approximately 8–12 minutes scripted, shot to camera Introductory course module segments — scripted educational content, broken into chapters Social media content — short-form reads for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts All content is shot on set in our Connecticut office. The right person for this role: -Reads as credible, composed, and confident — not performative or salesy -Has a natural on-camera presence that reads as an insider, not a presenter -Can deliver scripted content conversationally — the delivery should feel like someone who knows the material, not someone reading it -Is comfortable with financial and business-oriented subject matter (no industry experience required — we provide full script and briefing) -Has a look and energy that resonates with a 22–40 year old audience interested in income, entrepreneurship, and financial independence -Is professional, punctual, and able to take direction efficiently in a studio environment
