About the Job
Responsibilities ● Welcome and guide guests through the lab activation ● Facilitate interactive stations (training provided) ● Answer questions or direct attendees appropriately ● Maintain a warm, credible, and professional presence ● Assist with light operational flow and resets Ideal Candidate Profile ● Ages 25–55 (flexible; all life stages encouraged) ● Diverse backgrounds strongly encouraged ● Experience in experiential, hospitality, retail, or wellness is a plus ● Comfortable standing and engaging throughout a full event day Tone & Presence Talent should embody: ● Credibility without clinical stiffness ● Warm, conversational, and engaging energy ● Knowledgeable yet approachable
