We want to hear from people whose insurance coverage has genuinely made a difference in their everyday lives — no acting experience required, just your real story. D-SNP MEMBER with AETNA as the provider. Adults enrolled early in Medicare through a Dual Special Needs Plan — for those who qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid due to disability, chronic illness, or financial eligibility. Travel Details: This campaign will film in late June or Early July in Canada. Please make sure that you can make yourself available and have valid passport. All travel expenses will be paid per SAG Guidelines Conflict: Health Insurance Usage: Standard SAG commercial contract
