We want to hear from people whose insurance coverage has genuinely made a difference in their everyday lives — no acting experience required, just your real story. Details: MEDICARE MEMBER (65+) who uses United Healthcare Adults age 65 or older currently enrolled in Medicare — including Medicare Advantage, Original Medicare, or Medicare Supplement plans. Travel Details: This campaign will film in late June or Early July in Canada. Please make sure that you can make yourself available and have a valid passport. Exact dates TBD. This shoot will take place in Canada. Must be able to travel and have valid passport to apply. All travel expenses will be paid per SAG guidelines. Conflict: Health Insurance Usage: Standard SAG commercial contract
