** Kindly note this is for REAL D-SNP Members, it is essential that they each be enrolled in D-SNP*** Please add note to confirm We're looking for real Medicare members to share their story. ◆ ◆ ◆ ◆ ◆ ◆ ◆ We're casting authentic voices across two Medicare member categories for an upcoming campaign. We want to hear from people whose insurance coverage has genuinely made a difference in their everyday lives — no acting experience required, just your real story. D-SNP MEMBER Adults enrolled early in Medicare through a Dual Special Needs Plan — for those who qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid due to disability, chronic illness, or financial eligibility. Travel Details: This campaign will film in late June or Early July. Please make sure that you can make yourself available. Exact dates TBD.
