9 to 12 years old; Hispanic, Mixed Ethnicity, West Indies/Caribbean; boy. Shy, observant, and gentle, Young Leo is initially reserved but deeply empathetic. As he bonds with Young Lucia and Young Marco, he begins to come out of his shell, revealing a warmth and emotional sensitivity that define his core. His early experiences with fear and displacement quietly shape the man he will become. A Parent or Guardian will be allowed within sight and sound of the Minor at all times while they are working.
