About the Job
This is a Gold Rush-era story. The Chinese Railroad Workers are all male. These were men who were working as manual laborers. NO visible tattoos or facial piercings. NO DYED hair. Performers should be prepared for hot weather and a somewhat dusty environment. Performers will be asked to hold mining implements. Dirt will be applied to clothing and on faces and hands. Seeking men who are muscular and would pass as hard laborers. Terrain will be uneven. The railroad workers will work on several days (not everyone is on all days): Week of June 5; June 29-30, and possibly the week of July 6. PLEASE see instructions for selfies (no clothing with logos or bright colors). We are looking for some men who are willing to shave their heads to have Hair & Makeup apply a queue (traditional braid at the back of the head). $50 will be paid for that for each week it is requested.
