U.S. Casting - performers must complete a Federal W-4 (or W-9), I-9, WTPA (CA, NY, SC, MN, DC, Minneapolis & Seattle) and be provided a State Tax form specific to each state for their consideration If talent provides a W-9 for their LLC, the LLC must be a registered S-corp or C-corp and provide Articles of Incorporation in order for the Paymaster to process payments via their loan out. All minors under 18 years of age will need to supply a work permit and minor’s trust account information, if required by state (CA/NY/IL/NM/LA). Minors will not be paid without this information.
