Looking for talent who are OUTDOOR PROFESSIONALS and EXPERTS. People who love the outdoors and make it a habit to camp, deep wilderness hikes, mountaineering, rock climbing, caving, spelunking, etc. Talent should feel less perfect, less model-like, and more true outdoor/camping enthusiasts who like to get out there and explore. Would love talent who go camping, backpacking, trail hiking, etc. Should carry themselves with confidence and and have an authentic outdoor look to them.
