About the Job
One of the most respected psychiatrists in the nation. They have just been appointed as the head doctor at New Days Mental Hospital, a struggling psychiatric facility on the verge of closure due to severe understaffing and dangerous patient cases. Lee sees restoring the hospital as both a challenge and an opportunity to eventually turn it into a private institution under their leadership. They encounter a troubled patient. Although they believe they are acting in the hospital’s best interest, they begin to question whether Caroline threatens the stability and reputation of the facility they’re determined to rebuild.
