The Lead Broadcast Analyst will function as the show’s “number two”—a co-host who brings incisive, Bitcoin-first market analysis and makes the audience measurably smarter every segment. You will read market structure in real time, decode price action with rigor rather than hand-waving, and contextualize macro catalysts and geopolitical developments through a Bitcoin lens. ON-AIR RESPONSIBILITIES • Serve as lead analyst and co-host, delivering real-time insight, context, and market breakdowns with narrative clarity across Bitcoin spot, derivatives, ETFs/flows, liquidity, volatility, and risk sentiment. • Employ technical analysis—levels, structure, trend, momentum—and translate macro catalysts into market-relevant implications for the Bitcoin audience. • Track and contextualize the broader Bitcoin ecosystem: mining and energy economics, custody infrastructure, exchange and market structure, on-chain dynamics, corporate adoption, policy developments, and narrative cycles. • Collaborate with the lead anchor and producer team on segment ideation, recurring features, guest curation, and daily editorial themes. • Partner with graphics and production teams to translate analytical frameworks into on-screen charts, dashboards, and explainer visuals. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • 3–7+ years of professional experience in markets analysis, trading, research, investing, or financial journalism with demonstrable on-air or camera-ready communication ability. • Deep, substantive knowledge of Bitcoin markets and market structure, including liquidity, derivatives, flows, volatility regimes, and positioning. • Fluency in technical analysis with the ability to articulate it cogently in a live broadcast format. • Broad command of the Bitcoin ecosystem: mining/energy, custody, infrastructure, institutional adoption, cultural dynamics, and narrative cycles. • Nashville-based or willing to relocate. On-site attendance is required.
