About the Job
Male | Lebanese-American (Open to other MENA ethnicities) | 25–35 y/o. This is the 1940's - 1950's. Charismatic, volatile, and deeply self-destructive, John is Francis’s older brother and rival and emotional foil. He is a jerk (defensive and unreliable, quick to blame the world) but that cruelty is rooted in unresolved guilt. John was driving the car the night their parents died, and he has never forgotten it. He drinks to quiet the memory, runs at the first sign of accountability, and frames himself as the victim to avoid facing what he’s done. John is not a villain, He’s a man who chose escape over endurance and is tormented by the cost of that choice. MUST BE LOCAL HIRE TO PENNSYLVANIA. MUST BE ABLE TO LEARN TO SPEAK A LITTLE ARABIC.
