The humor of this character lives in the middle space between bluntly boring and an over-the-top spokesperson who’s searching for laughs. You can imagine a combination of the dryness of Captain Obvious with the natural charm of Jim Halpert from The Office. The humor comes from how he delivers lines with confident certainty, not his actions.
