About the Job
Young Vincent Carter is a character dealing with intense insecurity due to microtia (a small, underdeveloped ear) Initially stiff and anxious, he desperately grows a long bowl cut and later wears a headband to hide his ear after an unsuccessful surgery attempt. He channels his inner turmoil and builds confidence through his talent as a gifted freestyle rapper, a skill he developed in secret and eventually uses as a defense mechanism. Performers with rapping skills a plus (please include rap sample with submission). Selected Performer must be comfortable with wearing a bowl cut wig; Must be okay with prosthetics being applied for the microtia ear. Must resemble reference photo of actual person. MUST BE LA LOCAL HIRE
