About the Job
We’re looking for real fathers and father figures actively raising boys who are in the in-between stage of childhood and young adulthood. This is a time of firsts, growing independence, and big conversations, and we want to capture the real, everyday moments where guidance, patience, and connection show up. We’re especially interested in dads who are: - Teaching life skills for the first time - Learning to drive - Mowing the lawn, fixing things, changing a tire - Cooking, managing money, understanding responsibility - Trying to pull their son out of “screen mode” and into real-world experiences - Sports, trades, outdoor skills, creative pursuits - Activities that could shape confidence, identity, or future direction - Navigating coming-of-age conversations - Work ethic and the value of a dollar - Respect, integrity, accountability - Friendship, dating, and how to treat others - Leadership and what it means to “be a good man” today - Figuring it out in real time - Learning alongside their son - Repairing communication gaps - Balancing discipline and support - Showing up even when it’s hard We’re looking for authentic dynamics, not perfection. Whether you’re hands-on every day or trying to reconnect during a busy season, your story matters. This is about the transition from boyhood to young adulthood, and the fathers doing their best to guide the way.
