OCP #6 - MR. RANDALL • Male • White or Black • 60-75 yrs old Mr. Randall is a longtime resident with a big personality and a lot of heart. He lives on his own, spends time in the shared spaces, and genuinely enjoys the people around him. He likes making others smile and feels comfortable enough in the building to joke and leave a playful note in the suggestion box. His humor is warm and specific, but not over the top.
