About the Job

Must be Adelaide based. Attractive, healthy, active (not “gym junkies”), Stylish but not fashion-model polished. Warm, open, socially confident. Believable as GemLife residents & friends. They should project health, vitality, curiosity and connection - people who look like they're genuinely enjoying this stage of life. They are "great looking people you'd love to have dinner with". Must comfortably present as over 50, but still energetic and youthful. Predominately Caucasian Australian Couples (reflecting current GemLife buyer demographic). One couple could be culturally diverse (Southern European - Italian / Greek), Caucasian & Asian pairing, light multicultural representation. Diversity should feel organic and natural. Our couples are outdoorsy, fit, sun-kissed. They must be comfortable in activewear and swimwear, great smiles, easy chemistry, spontaneous - the type who book trips, try new things & say yes to experiences. Must be confident in water and physical activity (not all required but generally capable). Strong on-camera presence - we are looking for aspirational realism. Natural grey or salt-n- pepper hair is encouraged, healthy skin, minimal heavy makeup. Must be a good performer. Casting individuals and well as actual couples. Feel free to include partner or family member in selftest.
