Late 40s to 50s. The owner of a worn-down convenience store. He is a tightly wound, micro-managing personality with mild OCD tendencies. We are looking for someone who feels real and unpolished. Slightly schlubby in appearance, but meticulous about how he maintains the store. The performance should lean a bit unlikable, both in look and demeanor, to support the character.
