A customer-service worker who’s mastered survival through care for others, until she’s forced to slow down and choose herself. Echo is visibly burnt out; not frantic or explosive, but worn down by systems that demand constant productivity. Unlike others, her exhaustion shows up a little louder. She cracks jokes, makes observational comments, and uses humor as a pressure valve. Her tiredness leaks out through wit and self-awareness rather than silence. She is funny in a very recognizable way. Dry, slightly comical, and human. The kind of humor that comes from knowing you’re tired and naming it out loud.
