About the Job

***read entire project and mention you read in your submission request. The ones who mention they read it will be looked at first. The reason there is a request that you read it because this is not a simple 'film and go' project** Its as continuing story full of twists and turns. In episode one you will see the character in the throes of grief. I will grow the story based on the actor that is cast. I will find their center and build around it. I will push the actor. I want I want the character to have the 'essence and beyond' of the person cast. I want to take the actor above their limits and bring them back down to earth for a layered performance. Read the entire notice to understand what this foundation project is trying to achieve. The actor and I will cast the costar actress together. Teamwork. I want the actor's footprint to be in the foundation of the project. This is one way you build and separate yourself from the pack. At 1:15 the interviewer starts off her next question with 'Film makers Only hope to have the kind of relationship that you and Michael have...'. Listen to Ryan's response. Its all right there in his answer By the way, sense of humor is important. I REFUSE TO WORK closely with those who do not have a sense of Humor. Life is way to short and unpredictable. I do think being a nice guy/director in this business is a hindrance. Seems people respect the stoic forceful people and they don't take the fun ones seriously. Regardless, gotta have a sense of fun
