About the Job

We are casting outgoing, confident teens ages 14–16 to appear as contestants on Office Showdown, a high-energy Gen Alpha YouTube series blending competitive games, buzzer challenges, and real, podcast-style conversations. This is not a scripted acting role. Contestants play themselves while participating in challenges, debates, and fan-driven penalty moments. Strong personality and natural confidence Comfortable speaking on camera Ability to express opinions clearly Quick reactions and good sense of humor Willingness to participate in games, challenges, and discussions Respectful, positive attitude (clean, platform-safe content) Comfortable with light embarrassment (games, penalties, friendly roasting) No acting experience required — personality matters most.
