This person should have an appreciation for cook-offs, live fire, late-night kitchens, and the way food intersects with music, nightlife, and community in Austin, Texas. Above all, they must be a natural storyteller with the ability to engage meaningfully with individuals and draw out history, humor, and heart through conversation.
