About the Job
Isaiah is the self-appointed leader and frontman of HEATWAVE, a rising Miami boy band built as much on image as on talent. Confident, charismatic, and undeniably attractive, Isaiah sees himself as the face of the group and expects others to follow his lead. Much of the band’s early equipment and opportunities have been funded by Isaiah’s family, a fact he uses to maintain control within the group. He thrives on attention and believes being the “pretty one” is just as important as being talented. When the spotlight shifts away from him, Isaiah becomes dismissive, manipulative, and emotionally cutting. He can be verbally harsh toward members he views as weaker and treats the band less like a team and more like a vehicle for his own success.
