About the Job
Bella is the peacemaker of ENvYGIRLZ. She’s a better dancer than singer and often tries to keep everyone calm when tensions rise. She understands both sides of the group — Chanel’s ambition and Kaylie’s frustration — and wants everyone to get along. Instead of picking sides, Bella tries to smooth things over, even when it costs her own voice. She doesn’t like conflict and is afraid that standing up too strongly might cause the group to fall apart. Bella means well, but her need to keep the peace sometimes leaves her overlooked.
