About the Job
Kaylie takes the competition seriously — but does not respect Chanel’s leadership within ENvYGIRLZ. She feels constantly talked down to and controlled, and while she would never openly sabotage the group, she quietly resists being managed. Kaylie is calculating, guarded, and sharp, often responding with subtle, backhanded remarks when she feels dismissed or underestimated. She joined ENvYGIRLZ for opportunity, not loyalty. Kaylie believes in winning, but she doesn’t believe in following someone she doesn’t respect. Her tension with Chanel is understated but persistent, creating quiet fractures within the group.
