Man Age: Late 30s Fit, active and refined in appearance. Should be comfortable hitting a tennis ball with proper serving/forehand/backhand form. Fitting Date: Jan 10th, 2026 Shoot Date(s): Jan 11th and/or 12th, 2026 Shoot Location: LA Video Terms: SAG scale session, plus weekend premium (if applicable) Stills Terms: There will be still photography captured at the shoot making use of the same sets, talent, and wardrobe. Stills photography terms with the video: Usage to include: All internet (including, but not limited to electronic and digital media (paid and unpaid All forms of new media (including, but not limited to use within apps, mobile, podcasts, OTT/Streaming) All forms of industrial (including, but not limited to, In-Cinema, Dealerships, In-Stadium, Tradeshows) BTS Behind-The-Scenes (BTS) video or stills No TV/Broadcast Territory: Worldwide Term: 12 months from date of first use. Following term, Client will no longer post, but images may remain up on social platforms. Session Fee per talent: $500 +43% (20% agent's fee, 23% Extreme Reach handling fees) Usage Fee per talent @ $500 +43% (20% agent's fee, 23% Extreme Reach handling fees) *Paid only if and when talent is recognizable in public-facing materials Talent payments (session & usage fees) to be paid by paymaster Extreme Reach. An Omnicom talent release will be required for signature prior to shoot. *All talent must be over 18yrs and legal to work in the US
