About the Job

Selected performers will appear on stage during a live talk show, acting as an elf, serving drinks, bringing gifts, and playing a supporting character to a group of talk show hosts and podcasters. Talent will come on and off stage throughout the two-hour show as part of the live experience. Responsibilities include: - Wearing a sexy, Elf costume - Interact with talent/guests and provide an upbeat, festive presence - Being comfortable performing in front of a live audience and on camera - Working closely with the production team and following direction - Maintain a professional, friendly, and high-energy attitude throughout the event Ideal Candidate: - Camera-ready, polished, and confident appearance - Strong on-stage presence and very interactive - Comfortable wearing a sexy, form-fitting, festive costume - Energetic, engaging, and able to take direction quickly - Prior experience with live events, brand activations, stage presence, or performance roles is a plus
