A former foster kid adopted at 11, Gray grew up believing that survival meant being the “good one,” the reliable one, the one who never needed too much. He is the savior archetype: strong, steady, and cracking underneath. His arc is defined by the unraveling of control — learning that being everything for everyone eventually leaves you empty.
