About the Job
Adam is Emily’s younger brother, impulsive, mouthy, and a bit of a show-off. At the party, he revels in the expensive wine and antiques, loudly boasting about how Mark could never afford any of it and how his sister traded up by being with Jamie. He’s the one who smashes a priceless vase in front of Mark, dismissing the value because he believes Jamie owns everything. Once the truth comes out and the damage is tallied in the tens of millions, Adam panics, turns on Jamie, and tries to wriggle out of responsibility, showing his cowardly and self-preserving side.
