Laffy the Caricaturist Clown is an older clown and has been in the scene for a long time now. Laffy spends his days someplace he can see the ocean offering cheap caricatures to any passerby wanting a laugh. When he doesn’t have customers he’ll often draw anyway, sketching scenes of his surroundings and making cartoons out of humorous interactions.
