Betty-Ann “B.A.” Campbell-Wiseman is a Jamaican-born, Brooklyn-raised mother who now lives in Riverdale with her white girlfriend, Sarah Wiseman, a mild-tempered, intellectual social worker who balances Betty’s chaotic emotional world.
