Fanetta is the tough, no-nonsense manager of the rundown eight-unit building where Shamond and Ronnie live. Though she comes off intimidating at first, she’s also warm-hearted and deeply human underneath the armor. Fanetta has seen it all - late rent, excuses, chaos - and she’s learned to handle it with equal parts sarcasm and grace. She’s not cruel; she’s just done playing games.
