About the Job
We’re gathering stories from across the country to launch an online platform where visitors can share stories (videos, photos, or written) about acts of service in their communities, and be inspired by the acts of others. The goal is to reignite America’s spirit of action and optimism, reinforce what we share in common, and help heal perceptions of division and disempowerment. 👉Are you or someone you know making a difference in your community? Big or small, these everyday actions matter, and we’d love to hear your story! We are looking for stories from all kinds of people: whether you’re a community organizer, non-profit worker, volunteer, movement leader, coach, mentor, or someone whose everyday acts of kindness make a difference like… A dad who coaches the local soccer team A crossing guard stopping bullies Someone who started a food drive A neighbor who checks in on their elders in their community A friend who helped someone get back on their feet Mentors, organizers, teachers, healers, artists, or anyone who shows up with kindness when it’s needed most ..this is about real stories: what people do, why they do it, and the ripple effect it creates. 👉Do you know someone who should be featured?
