Good with both sutble, grounded performances and ALSO be able to "dial-up" the performance to be "animated/energized." Just NEVER over-the top. Some talent will be invited to the ZOOM SESSION on Thursday, 10/9 and some will be sent a MEDIA REQUEST for a self-tape.
