About the Job
Angela (or Angel for short) is a scared and confused child (5 to 8 years old) waiting for the return of her beloved mother, Juliee. She is alone with her mourning father (Ryder) after her mother's frantic 911 phone call, which alludes to the fact Juliee has been kidnapped...or worse. Angela is the heart of the film. Angela is what Ryder is thinking about has he faces Vodou cult fanatics and Lwas (spirits), so he can reunite his family. Angela is Ryder's strength. We are looking for someone that can bring a strong presence, laughter, and vulnerability.
