(Male, early 20s, must believably play 16 in flashbacks. Korean or Korean-American. NOTE: Strong singing ability preferred (K-pop ballad style). Korean language skills a plus but not required.) Taehyun is warm, talented, and quietly confident; the “golden boy” of the pair. In flashbacks, he’s the more naturally gifted singer and performer; in the present, he’s severely disabled, communicating through eye contact and subtle expressions. (SUPPORTING LEAD)
