Customers: Men/Women - 20s to 60s - any ethnicity Demographics: looking to reflect the real people who live/work in the SF Mission neighborhood – an area with a strong Latino heritage, and a diverse community, open to a mix of people of all races, genders, ages, and sexual orientations, with a focus on staying true to the culture and experience of the spaces we’re in, ideally pulling talent who have a real connection to the Mission neighborhood.
